Bar Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As an Outlet Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfactionTrain motivate and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company policiesMonitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items servedHandle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionallyManage inventory place orders and control costs to meet budgetary goalsEnsure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulationsCollaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistencyPrepare staff schedules and manage time-off requestsConduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concernsAssist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyaltyPerform administrative tasks such as reporting record-keeping and cash managementQualifications : Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations with at least one year in a supervisory roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiencesThorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practicesUnderstanding of health safety and hygiene regulations in the food service industryStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environmentFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusRelevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferredRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Commissioning,Bricklayer,Bar Management,Cafe,Customer Support Experience: years Vacancy: 1
