Bar Manager - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant and upscale bar in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all bar operations ensuring smooth service and high standards of customer satisfaction.Lead, train and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff.Monitor inventory levels, place orders and manage supplier relationships.Create and maintain an innovative mocktail menu in collaboration with mixologists.Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Prepare schedules, manage labor costs and ensure staff coverage during peak hours.Monitor bar revenues, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.Plan and execute promotional events to increase footfall and revenue.RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Tourism or any related field.Minimum of 23 years experience in the UAE.Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high‑volume upscale environment.Strong leadership and team‑management skills.Deep knowledge of spirits, mocktails and bar operations.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and during peak business hours.Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.DisclaimerBlack Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
