Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/02/2026Processing of Bank Accounts and assist revenue team for selling bank account assistance service. Manage existing client relationships by identifying selling and cross selling opportunities through the daily analysis and interactions made with clients.Key Responsibilities/Duties:Must have good connections with Wealth management companies, Banks and other suppliers for onshore as well as offshore banks.Process bank accounts for corporate & personal.Assist revenue team for selling bank account & additional service.Identify cross selling & upselling opportunities for account management team.Coordination with collect all the necessary documents for the bank account application.Constant communication with clients, updating them on the progress every step of the way.Coordinate documentation with third parties for banking process.Inspect the market for most cost-efficient suppliers.Create and implement the banking process flow to exceed client’s expectations.Engage in CRM-activities such as prospect follow-up on a daily basis.Handle customer service requests and respective processes related to banking.RevenueContribute to the corporate revenue targets on a quarterly basisLead GenerationGenerate new business in agreed referral sources through various networking activities including managing relationships between the Company and the referral sources.Provide High Quality AdviceProvide tailored investment and holistic advice to High Net worth / Ultra High Net worth client inclusive of risk management strategies.Client RelationshipsEffectively manage the relationship between the client and the Company including the various banking relationship the clients may have.Maintain a high standard of ethics and conduct and ensure confidentiality of clients' assets & information.Ensure strict adherence to the Company's policies, rules & regulations.RequirementsProven experience, as a Banking Manager or similar roleSufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practisesAbility to meet sales targets and production goalsFamiliarity with industry’s rules and regulationsExcellent organizational skillsResults driven and customer focusedAnalytical skills and thinkingThorough knowledge of banking products, rules and processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
