Job Description As a Finance Controller at our company in Kharadi, Pune, your role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate management accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Drive operational and cost analysis for the Centre of Excellence in Pune. - Support cost accounting activities and assist in actuals/forecast analysis. - Develop and maintain the overall reporting framework and support the resolution of complex issues. - Ultimately responsible for the Controlling team at the regional level. - Support developments of ERP system and ensure compliance with global policies. - Provide analytical insights and guidance to COE Head & Functional leaders in defining strategic goals. - Oversee and co-ordinate the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to enable business decisions. - Develop and maintain the overall reporting framework to meet the critical needs of the business. - Accountable for the production of core finance management reporting and analysis. - Define financial goals and constraints for planning initiatives and provide guidance to the Group Controlling. - Build, maintain, and manage a high performing team by providing role clarity, training, and career development. - Coordinate with Legal to ensure that risk management policies and procedures are implemented and managed appropriately. - Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives for the controlling function. Qualifications Required: - Finance Controlling for Center of Excellence/Service Industry. - Budgeting & Budgetary Control. - Business Forecasting & Modelling. - Management Reporting (MIS). - Well versed with SAP. - Financial control. - Digital Savvy All processes to be digitalized. Experience Required: - 35 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Controlling with leading Industry/organization in India. - Qualification: Semi-qualified (Inter-Chartered Accountant) / MBA Finance. - Successfully implemented qualified Budgeting, Planning & Control culture within the group. - Enhanced and regularized the periodical Management Reporting System. - Handled Project Management, Financial reporting, etc. - Worked in SAP Financial environment, and on business software like Power BI, BI BW, QlikSense. - Digitally savvy with competence to automate applications for transactional jobs to improve efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will interact internally with the CFO, Group Finance & Controlling Team, and Corporate Secretarial & Legal team. Externally, you will engage with External Auditors by responding to queries/clarifications and providing an action plan.
