OverviewBank Teller. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking services while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with them.ResponsibilitiesProcess customer transactions accurately and efficientlyHandle cash, checks, and other financial instrumentsAssist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and servicesIdentify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to customersBalance cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepanciesFollow all bank policies and procedures to maintain security of customer accountsCollaborate with team members to achieve branch goalsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredPrevious experience in banking or customer service is preferredExcellent communication skills in EnglishStrong numerical aptitudeDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with banking software is a plusSalary: 1100$ per monthLocation: Al-Khor, QatarPreference: Indian nationalityNote: This is a full-time position without accommodation.
