Job Description As an Accountant at Fiserv, you will be responsible for various tasks related to trade receivables. Your role will involve meeting daily, monthly, and quarterly deadlines for recording all A/R and non-A/R cash receipts. You will analyze, identify, and resolve payment exceptions, as well as properly record short payments and overpayments. Additionally, you will research miscellaneous AR items, provide details and check copies, and support audits. Monitoring and distributing incoming requests to the cash application general mailbox, resolving client inquiries, preparing, posting, and uploading journal entries into SAP, reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts, and providing verbal and written communication to both internal and external clients are also key responsibilities. Ad-hoc projects may be assigned to you as well. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in accounting with 1-3 years of work experience, proficiency with Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company employees, and attention to detail and accuracy. It would be great to have SAP ERP experience, the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
