Bancassurance Manager - i bank

Job Description We are hiring a Bancassurance Executive responsible for generating insurance business through bank branches. The candidate will work closely with bank staff to identify potential customers, promote insurance products, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate insurance sales through bank branch leads and walk-in customers . Build strong relationships with bank managers and branch staff . Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets . Assist customers with policy documentation and KYC process . Ensure smooth coordination with operations for policy issuance . Maintain long-term relationships with bank customers. Required Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline. 15 years experience in Bancassurance / Insurance / Financial Sales. Good communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a sales-driven environment and achieve targets.
