Providesfunctionalassistanceanddirectiontothekitchenoperationasassigned.Interactswithindividualsoutsidetherestaurantincludingbutnotlimitedtoclientssuppliersgovernmentofficialscompetitorsandothermembersofthelocalcommunity.CoordinatesfunctionsandactivitieswithotherFood&Beveragedepartmentheads.AssiststheExecutiveChefandthemangementinsupervisingthefunctioningofallkitchenemployeesfacilitiesandcoststoensureFood&BeveragedepartmentalprofitisachievedAssiststheExecutiveChefandthemangementincontrollingandanalyzing on an on-goingbasis.Conductsundertheguidanceof theExecutiveChefandthemangementsuchfunctionsashiringspecificlevelsofemployeesemployeeorientationcoachingandsuspensionifnecessarytoensureappropriatestaffingandproductivity.AssiststheExecutiveChefandthemangementinconductingformalandonthe-jobtrainingsessionsforkitchenemployees.TohaveagoodknowledgeoftallRixosThePalmDubaifacilitiesandbeabletoanswerguestquestionsin aquickpoliteandhelpfulmanner.Tohandleanyguestcomplaintsorproblemspromptlyandtoensurethatallresolved/unresolvedincidentsarereportedtotheExecutiveChef.Todemonstrateaworkingknowledgeoffirepreventionandtofollowtherestaurantevacuationplanonhearingthealarm.QualificationsAtleast7-10yearspostapprenticeshipexperiencein asimilarindustryor4-5 starestablishment.FullcompliancewithHACCPstandardsandcertification.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
