Job Description

Reporting to the Baking Center Manager of Lesaffre Gulf, you will ensure product quality and support innovation by conducting baking tests, monitoring performance, handling non-conformities, and providing technical support for new product development.You will also assist in baking center activities for the Gulf cluster countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Yemen) and contribute to increasing sales of Lesaffre yeasts and ingredients through strong market knowledge.Your missions :Commercial Development and Customer RelationsRealization of visits to existing distributors together with the commercial team to meet the market’s needsProactive approach towards customers for a strong relationship and networkOrganizing through the Baking Centre Manager reception/training for sales team and customers based on projectsParticipating/organizing seminars and exhibitionsFor all visits in the field, creating a comprehensive report to include data, photos to be shared with the commercial team and Baking Centre ManagerTechnical Support and Field ActivitiesProviding technical support to bakers and performing product demonstrations in the marketProviding technical support to bakers and conducting demonstrations and benchmarking of products in our in‑house facilityLeading projects on industrial customers to get technical/functional approval of current or tailor‑made products to start businessData collection from industrial customers to have information in detailClose cooperation with commercial and Baking Centre Manager to follow‑up projects and improve businessMarket Analysis and Product DevelopmentAnalyzing competitors in the market and collecting competitors’ samples for analysisCalculating costs of competitors’ products in use and offer to the customer Lesaffre products based on the existing price listOffering innovative ideas to improve the quality of products and services to customers in the market using Lesaffre product rangeActively participating in product development based on market needs with its Baking Centre Manager and Regional Baking Centre Formulation ManagerFollowing‑up market trends, competition, and consumer behaviors to take needed actions on company‑related products#J-18808-Ljbffr
