A renowned culinary training center in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Baking Instructor to lead practical hands‑on classes in artisan bread and dough preparation.If you thrive in a flour‑filled environment and enjoy sharing your passion for baking, this opportunity is made for you!What You’ll Be DoingDeliver engaging and practical bread‑making and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.Develop lesson plans, demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:Artisan breadsLaminated doughs (e.g. croissants, Danish)Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)Fermentation and sourdough techniquesMonitor and evaluate students’ progress, offering constructive feedback and mentorship.Maintain a clean, professional, and food‑safe learning environment.Stay updated on global baking trends and bring innovative techniques into the classroom.Requirements – What We’re Looking ForProfessional baking experience preferably in artisan or high‑volume baking operations.Prior experience in training, mentoring or culinary instruction is highly valued.A culinary degree or baking/patisserie certification (e.g. City & Guilds ICCA or equivalent) is preferred.Excellent communication skills with an encouraging and approachable teaching style.Passionate about bread baking science and empowering new talent.Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, working 5 days per week onsite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
