OverviewBaker - MalayaleeWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Ajman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and techniques. You must have a strong understanding of baking principles and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients for doughs, batters, fillings, and icingsMix and bake ingredients according to traditional recipes and techniquesMonitor baking process to ensure quality and consistencyDecorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, toppings, or fruitsMaintain clean and organized work areaOrder supplies as neededTrain and supervise assistant bakersFollow food safety standards at all timesRequirementsProven experience as a baker in a professional kitchenKnowledge of baking principles and techniquesAbility to read and follow recipes accuratelyGood physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)Attention to detail with excellent time management skillsTeam player with good communication skillsFluency in Malayalam preferred but not requiredSalary: 1000$ per month with additional benefits.Location: Ajman, UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
