It is this ethos that guides everything we do and defines who we are.About the RoleMaintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining room, service stations, and guest restrooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable throughout the day.Stock & Refill: Replenish service stations with utensils, napkins, glassware, plates, condiments, and other FOH essentials to support smooth service flow.Prepare Service Items: Polish cutlery and glassware and make sure all FOH equipment is clean and ready for use.Waste Management: Help dispose of waste properly, maintain recycling procedures, and support an organized back station environment.Communicate & Collaborate: Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to respond promptly to any operational needs or urgent resets.What You’ll NeedPrevious experience in a stewarding or support role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant (preferred).Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene with a good understanding of basic food safety standards.Physical stamina to stay active during long shifts, including standing, lifting, and moving throughout service.Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant environment.What We OfferWe offer a competitive package plus tips, shared accommodation with transportation to and from work, duty meals, comprehensive medical insurance, and generous time off (3 days per week, 30 calendar days, plus public holidays).
