Back-End Developer

DescriptionNair Systems is currently looking for Back-End Developer (Optimizely CMS/ CMP & Personalization Integration)- Offshore for our UAE operations.Required Skills:Strong programming in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.Experience with Optimizely CMS 12+, CMP, and Personalization.Familiarity with Optimizely Service API, Content Delivery API, CMP APIs, and CR APIs.Hands‑on experience with tracking data pipelines and analytics integrations.Strong understanding of personalization concepts, customer segmentation, and content affinity.Familiarity with Azure cloud hosting and deployment pipelines.Responsibilities:Customize Optimizely CMS features (content types, blocks, workflows).Implement integrations with CMP (Content Marketing Platform) for content planning and publishing.Develop APIs to connect CMP with CMS, CRM, and DAM systems.Configure and implement Content Recommendations & Personalization rules.Handle event tracking, user profile data, and personalization logic on the server side.Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with data regulations.Collaborate with front‑end teams to deliver personalized experiences.Job SpecificationLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
