Job Description

FITT Meals is a growing food production company operating at scale across the UAE. We produce chef-crafted, nutritionally balanced meals for a wide range of clients including gyms, retailers, corporates, sports teams, and food service operators.As we expand our B2B division, we are seeking a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to support the growth of high-volume, contract-based business and maximise utilisation of our production capacity.The RoleThis is a revenue-focused role responsible for generating and closing new B2B business across multiple channels. The successful candidate will sell across our full production capability, including branded products, white label manufacturing, bulk meal production, and retail‑ready items.What You’ll Be DoingProactively identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across the UAEBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospectsConduct outbound sales activity including calls, meetings, and site visitsPitch tailored solutions based on client requirements and operational capabilitiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closingli>Negotiate pricing aligned with volume, margin, and production feasibilityWork closely with the Culinary Director on contract validation, ensuring all deals are commercially viable and operationally executable before approvalCoordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of new contractsDevelop and grow existing accounts, increasing volume and long‑term valueKey ResponsibilitiesTarget sectors including gyms, retail, corporates, universities, sports teams, and labour accommodationSecure medium to large‑scale contracts across multiple channelsTake joint ownership (with the Culinary Director) of contract approvals, aligning product, cost, and production capabilityContribute directly to revenue growth and production capacity utilisationPerformance ExpectationsConsistent generation of new business and closed revenueMonthly revenue growth and pipeline developmentContribution to overall production capacity utilisationExpansion of accounts across multiple sectorsTypical contract values range from AED 20,000 to AED 500,000+ per month, depending on scope and volume.Candidate Profile3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the UAEExperience in food, FMCG, catering, or hospitality is advantageousDemonstrated ability to close deals and generate revenueStrong commercial awareness, including pricing and margin considerationsAbility to work cross‑functionally with culinary and operations teamsSelf‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environmentAbility to operate across multiple product categories and customer typesCompensationCompetitive base salaryGenerous benefits packagePerformance‑based commission structure with uncapped earning potentialAdditional InformationThis role is best suited to candidates who are comfortable operating in a hands‑on, commercially driven environment with a strong focus on business development and revenue generation, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.Must have skillsSales ExperienceGenerate Revenue#J-18808-Ljbffr
