About the job B2B Sales ManagerJob Title - B2B Sales ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand business-to-business sales operations within the food and beverage sector. This role is responsible for developing key accounts, driving volume and revenue growth, managing distributor and institutional relationships, and executing sales strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales Strategy & Market DevelopmentDevelop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market expansion targets.Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive growth opportunities.Key Account & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers and strategic partners.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.Sales Operations & Performance ManagementManage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present insights to management.Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing coordination, and credit management.Channel & Distribution ManagementManage and optimize distributor and channel partner performance.Develop route-to-market strategies and coverage plans.Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and execution across B2B channels.Collaboration & Market ExecutionWork closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support promotions and demand planning.Support product launches, trade marketing initiatives, and customer activation programs.Represent the business in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to food safety standards, trade regulations, and internal sales policies.Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and sales documentation.Support audits and compliance requirements as needed.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in B2B sales within FMCG or food and beverage industries.Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of B2B sales channels, distribution models, and trade practices.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to travel within assigned markets as required.Key Competencies & BehavioursStrong commercial and results-driven mindsetExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsStrategic planning with hands-on executionCustomer-focused and relationship-oriented approachAbility to work independently and manage multiple accountsAdaptability to dynamic market conditionsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to drive growth in a dynamic FMCG environmentExposure to key B2B customers and regional marketsCollaborative and performance-focused work cultureCareer growth and development opportunitiesApply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
