He/she should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure Achievement of assigned sales target.</li><li>Identify and pursuing new clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Guarantee clients retention.</li><li>Deliver professional presentations and negotiate contracts. Finalizing agreements and collecting new orders.</li><li>Expand the client’s product portfolio and increase the average customer transaction value.</li><li>Manage and reduce overdue payments.</li><li>Keep sales records and update Kan-ban boards.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.</li><li>Proven track record of increasing sales and securing new business.</li><li>Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Kanban).</li><li>UAE Driving license is a must.</li></ul><p><strong>Core Skills&Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Prospecting.</li><li>Fact finding, needs Identification.</li><li>Up-selling and Cross-selling.</li><li>Marketing and Industry insights.</li><li>Excellent Communication, Presentations and Negotiations Skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
