This role is essential in driving client engagement, maintaining service quality, and supporting long-term account growth through structured reporting and cross-functional coordination.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a B2B Account Manager, you will oversee end-to-end management of assigned enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, data accuracy, and ongoing engagement across their employee or beneficiary base. You will work with internal teams—including product, growth, data, and customer care—to resolve issues, streamline delivery, and enhance client satisfaction. You will regularly monitor client performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and provide insights that guide decision-making. This fast-paced role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing health tech/wellness ecosystem while developing deep expertise in client operations and data-driven account management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day account operations for assigned B2B clients (corporates, government, insurance partners)Coordinate onboarding, user activation, engagement initiatives, and ongoing supportInput, update, and verify client data, participant details, and configuration in admin systemsMonitor account usage and performance trends across client portfoliosProduce weekly and monthly reports for leadership and client teamsWork closely with product, growth, data, and customer care departments to ensure smooth service deliveryRequired Qualifications & Skills2–4 years of experience in B2B account management, client servicing, or operationsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesHigh attention to detail with experience in CRM systems or admin platformsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools (dashboard/reporting skills are an advantage)Experience in health tech, wellness, employee benefits, or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with admin tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or support systemsUnderstanding of healthcare data privacy principles (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience managing enterprise partnerships in tech-driven environmentsData analysis skills for client insights and performance improvementAbility to streamline workflows or automate repetitive tasksExposure to customer success frameworksKnowledge of regional healthcare or insurance ecosystemsRecruitment Pro TipInclude clear examples of how you improved client engagement, retention, or operational efficiency—quantified results make your application stand out in competitive B2B account management roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
