Azure Cloud Engineer: AV Desktop, IAM&Automation

We work on complex data, AI, and platform problems at enterprise scale, enabling better outcomes through trusted and governed data products.</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for a<strong>Cloud Engineer</strong>to manage and operate our Microsoft Azure environment, with<strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</strong>as a core service. The role covers<strong>cloud infrastructure</strong>,<strong>identity and access management</strong>,<strong>automation</strong>,<strong>security governance</strong>, and<strong>monitoring</strong>, while working closely with security and development teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and operate<strong>Azure cloud infrastructure and landing zones</strong></li><li>Own and maintain<strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</strong>, including:</li><li>Host pools, session hosts, application publishing</li><li>FSLogix profile management and performance troubleshooting</li><li>Conditional Access, MFA, and identity protection</li><li>Guest and external user lifecycle</li><li>Support application teams with:</li><li>App registrations</li><li>SSO, SAML, OAuth/OpenID integrations</li><li>Design and maintain<strong>cloud automation</strong>, including:</li><li>Inactive users and stale devices handling</li><li>VM maintenance and update workflows</li><li>Automated access and guest onboarding processes</li><li>Own<strong>monitoring and logging</strong>, including:</li><li>Log Analytics workspaces</li><li>Event Hub integration with third-party SIEM platforms</li><li>Govern<strong>Microsoft 365 services</strong>to ensure security and compliance</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills&Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with<strong>Microsoft Azure</strong></li><li>Solid knowledge of<strong>Microsoft Entra ID</strong>and identity integrations</li><li>Experience with<strong>PowerShell and Azure automation</strong></li><li>Good understanding of cloud security, governance, and best practices</li></ul><p><strong>Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Required:</li><li>Preferred:</li><li>AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
