Job Description As an AVP, RC AI and Analytics at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Regulatory Conduct AI & Analytics team. Your responsibilities will include: - Reporting the RC AI & Analytics scorecard and key performance indicators accurately and in a timely manner. - Supporting the Governance team and guiding Model stakeholders through the Model Governance process. - Collaborating closely with Model stakeholders to create mandatory bank documentation and presenting it effectively to various forums. - Delivering fair outcomes for customers and maintaining transparency in financial markets through your conduct. - Providing support to senior management and team members while establishing relationships within the Regulatory Conduct function community. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation / Post Graduation degree with proficiency in MS Office, especially exceptional MS Excel skills. - Possession of a professional Business Management Certification like PMP would be advantageous. - Intermediate to advanced skills in reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. - Mandatory knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. - Practical and theoretical expertise in programming tools such as Excel pivot, Mailbox management, SQL, Alteryx, Qliksense, Tableau, Qlikview, Python, etc. - Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. - Commitment to personal and professional development by enhancing knowledge and skills. - In-depth understanding of data cleaning exercises and various Model methodologies like multiple regression, random forest, decision tree, etc. - Proficiency in Model metrics to evaluate Model performance and strong document preparation skills. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
