Job Description As an AVP - Ops Transformation at Barclays, you will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills: - Expertise in Lean Six Sigma - Working knowledge of Automation, including impact assessment on parameters like risk & controls, cost vs benefit, and business case preparation - Minimum of rich years of process re-engineering/transformation experience - Understanding of Banking processes - Proficiency in value Stream Mapping, identifying process wastes, robotic opportunities, and end-to-end stakeholder and project management - Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or other mainstream process mapping tool - Experience in managing operational risks and controls Some other highly valued skills include understanding and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques, exposure to various automation tools like UI Path, Appian, APIs, Data Management, Digitization, and adeptness in carrying out discovery exercises independently. In this role based out of Noida, your purpose will be to collaborate with stakeholders, use data and MI to identify process optimization opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas. Your key accountabilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations using data-led insights - Participating in projects and initiatives to enhance performance & optimization efficiency - Developing reports and presentations on performance & optimization and communicating findings to internal senior stakeholders - Identifying industry trends and developments, collaborating with stakeholders to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimization processes - Implementing analytics and reporting on performance & optimization to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations - Identifying capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information As an AVP, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
