AVP, Business Management - Asset Management

Job PurposeSupport management in driving key business initiatives, transformation projects, and strategic priorities across FAB Asset Management and FAB AM PartnersCoordinate strategic planning, performance tracking, and project execution, ensuring alignment between FAB AM and Group objectivesFacilitate governance processes, including management reporting, business reviews, and preparation of executive materials for internal and external stakeholdersAct as a central liaison between functional teams (Finance, Operations, Investments, and Commercial, Partners as required) to ensure timely delivery of business projects and enable informed decision-makingKey AccountabilitiesStrong analytical and project-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation abilities to support management reporting and stakeholder coordinationUnderstanding of Finance/ wealth management, asset-management operations, financial performance, and governance frameworksProactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline and confidentialityCoordinate cross-functional initiatives ensuring milestones and deliverables are metMonitor business KPIs and highlight deviations or improvement opportunitiesFacilitate communication and alignment between departments and senior managementSupport governance forums (meetings, committees, minutes documentation, action tracking)Contribute to ad-hoc business reviews, presentations, and special projects assigned by managementQualifications & ExperienceConsulting or Business Management / CPMO / Governance experienceFacilitation and CommunicationStrategic planning and collaborationPerformance tracking and reportingBusiness initiatives tracking and project updatesManagement reporting and dashboards via Excel/PPT/Word/AI and other reporting toolsYears of experience: 5+ years#J-18808-Ljbffr
