Job Description As the AVP, Analytics Digital Health & Wellness at Synchrony, your role will involve providing analytical support for product and digital experience initiatives. You will lead business KPI design, measurement, and provide insights for the Health & Wellness Marketing team. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will analyze product and marketing impact, drive business KPI design, and establish a continuous test & learn culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead digital experience analytics efforts for Health & Wellness platform - Create extensive analysis of performance trends, provide insightful business performance reporting, and make recommendations - Provide actionable insights into the effectiveness of Health & Wellness platform digital product enhancements and campaign performance - Drive multi-product and cross channel analyses to understand the effectiveness of new and existing products vs. digital marketing impact - Act as a SME and business consultant, offering analytical and strategic thinking, translating needs into data, insights, and recommendations - Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization - Utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SAS, and SQL to provide insights - Provide guidance, support, and supervision to offshore team members Required Skills and Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of analytics experience, preferably in financial services, retail, or ecommerce - Minimum 2+ years of experience with web analytics reporting tools like Adobe/Google Analytics - Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SQL experience and strong credit card P&L knowledge - Hands-on experience with coding, Tableau, and familiarity with statistical methods and tools - Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities Desired Skills and Knowledge: - Experience synthesizing insights to inform business decisions and communicating effectively with stakeholders - Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAS programming and Python experience - Strong background in supporting product marketing and digital experience analytics - Project management skills, communication abilities, and relationship management - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work well in a collaborative team and matrixed environment Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of analytics experience, preferably in financial services, retail, or ecommerce Work Timings: 6:00 AM EST to 11:00 AM EST The role offers Enhanced Flexibility, requiring availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings with India and US teams. You can work from home or regional engagement hubs in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, or Delhi/NCR, with occasional travel to engage in-person activities.
