Aviation Architecture Lead for Mega Airport Projects

<p>Responsible for providing architectural expertise and delivering high-quality design solutions. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design development, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting construction and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and review architectural design concepts, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements and client expectations.</li><li>Ensure architectural designs comply with international standards, building codes, airport regulations, and sustainability guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate closely with engineering, MEP, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design disciplines.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and quality assurance checks at various project phases.</li><li>Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and client presentations to convey design intent effectively.</li><li>Support construction and commissioning teams by providing clarifications, site instructions, and design updates.</li><li>Monitor project progress against design timelines and budgets, reporting any risks or issues to senior management.</li><li>Mentor junior architects and design team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably airports.</li><li>Proven experience with mega airport projects, terminals, or aviation-related facilities is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international building codes, sustainability standards, and architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary project teams.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
