PositionAV TechnicianLocationAmman, JordanThe Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local.Purpose of the PositionThe AV Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced audio‑visual and electronic systems within a prestigious royal household. The role ensures seamless operation of AV equipment across residential and entertainment environments, delivering high‑quality sound, visual performance, and user experience at all times.Qualifications / Licenses / SkillsDiploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related field (mandatory)5-10 years’ experience in AV systems within luxury or high‑end environmentsVery good knowledge and hands‑on experience with Crestron systems (mandatory)Excellent knowledge of audio‑visual systems including AV processors, home theatres, projectors, mixers, amplifiers, microphones, and speakersStrong understanding of AV cabling, connectors, and installation materialsExcellent knowledge of CCTV systemsAbility to operate and maintain cinema room systemsStrong knowledge of electronic components and board‑level repairGood computer, IT, and network troubleshooting skillsStrong ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent troubleshooting and fault‑finding capabilityGood command of English (written and verbal)Passion for AV technology, music, and entertainment systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDutiesDiagnose and resolve AV and related technical issues across the residenceInstall, configure, and maintain AV systems including home theatres and entertainment systemsTroubleshoot signal issues across cable, satellite, and digital TV systemsSupport network connectivity including Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and reporting coverage issuesAssist users with connecting devices, systems, and peripheralsMaintain and repair AV equipment and electronic boards where requiredEnsure all AV systems operate at optimal performance at all timesMonitor and maintain CCTV systemsWork collaboratively with the maintenance and IT teamsAssist with general technical and operational tasks as requiredReport faults and follow through to resolutionMaintain clear communication with team members and managementSalaryUSD $1,000 - $1,100Subject to tax, social security, and insurance (dependent on experience)BenefitsShared accommodation providedMedical insuranceAnnual bonus2‑year renewable contractFlight ticket home every 2 yearsPlease note: Kindly check your junk or spam mail folders after applying, as our response to your application may occasionally be diverted there.#J-18808-Ljbffr
