Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading regional technology systems integrator delivering advanced AV, ELV, and ICT solutions in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking an experienced AV Solutions Architect to support presales design, estimation, and technical proposal development for high-value Audio Visual projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & PresalesPrepare technical designs, quotations, and proposals for AV solutions.Develop BOQs, cost estimates, specifications, and design drawings.Prepare technical submittals and proposal documentation/blinders.Support the sales team with technical inputs, solution architecture, and pricing.Technical Evaluation & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers to evaluate AV products, technologies, and pricing.Stay updated on new AV technologies and recommend suitable solutions.Ensure proposed designs meet client requirements and industry standards.Documentation & ReportingPrepare project documentation, manuals, and design drawings.Maintain technical and presales documentation records.Generate periodic reports (monthly/annual) on estimation and presales activities.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.6–8 years of experience as an AV design/estimation engineer in presales roles.For Senior Design & Estimation Engineer: 6–12 years of relevant AV design experience on large-scale projects.Strong experience in AV systems including:Audio Visual systemsVideo WallsPA/VA systemsIPTVSMATVMaster Clock systemsProven experience preparing BOQs, cost calculations, and technical proposals.Ability to develop technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Benefits Package
