After more than 20 years of development, Chery’s sales and services network covers more than 80 countries across different regions and has won the trust of 11 million consumers worldwide.Job Title: Quality Manager, Research & Development Department (R&D)Work Location: UAERole Scope: GCC/ Middle EastResponsibilitiesRoad Test ManagementResponsibility of conducting analysis of the root causes of road test issues, formulate measures, verify the implementation plans, and resolve the issues.Categorize road test issues according to severity levels (S/A/B/C) and provide concurrent feedback to the project team and the project quality team, thereby promoting the prompt and effective resolution of the issues.Market Complaint ManagementComplaint information collection channels include: market product managers, after - sales services, CRM systems, local driving reviews, overseas market public opinion, and market research.Responsible for comprehensive analysis of the causes of complaint issues, formulate corresponding measures, verify the proposed plans, and close the issues.Critical After - sales Issues ManagementTimely acquire information on major quality issues in the market, collaborate with the after - sales manager and the quality manager to analyze after - sales issues, and generate an analysis report.Organize daily clean - up meetings for major S/A/B type issues and oversee the process until the issues are fully resolved.After - sales Analysis workshop ManagementBe responsible for receiving faulty parts, formulating detailed analysis plans, and establishing a list of it.Compile a list of equipment and instruments and be in charge of the daily maintenance of them.Implement faulty part analysis reports in accordance with the analysis plan and provide feedback to the responsible unit.Qualification/SkillsBachelor's degree or above; majoring in automotive, mechanical, mechatronics, quality management or related fields.Proficient in English and Arabic communication skills (writing, speaking, reading)Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to work and solve problems from a product perspective.Meticulous, responsible, and possessing excellent teamwork spirit.Familiarity with the product development process, quality management process and after-sales quality handling process of OEMs.Possess the ability to drive & evaluate vehicle, and analyze vehicle faults.Be familiar with the application of quality analysis tools and have the ability to analyze problems with quality tools.The candidate needs to have a valid UAE Driving License.#J-18808-Ljbffr
