This role is ideal for a professional who has solid expertise in surface preparation, color matching, paint application, refinishing, and final paint quality.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing and matching paint accurately, applying paint to high standards, and delivering a premium-quality finish that meets workshop and manufacturer expectations.RequirementsPaint Preparation & ApplicationPrepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and primingPerform high-quality paint application on European, German, and luxury vehiclesMix and match colors accurately to achieve the correct finishApply basecoat, clear coat, and other paint materials using proper techniquesCarry out panel refinishing, touch-ups, blending, and repainting workEnsure smooth, even coverage and high-quality final appearanceInspect painted surfaces and correct any defects before final deliveryBodyshop & Finishing SupportWork closely with denters, polishers, and bodyshop technicians to complete repair jobs properlyPrepare repaired panels for painting and ensure readiness before applicationSupport paint correction and finishing processes where requiredMaintain paint booth cleanliness and ensure proper use of materials and equipmentWorkshop & SafetyFollow all paint shop safety procedures and use protective equipment properlyKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeHandle paints, thinners, masking materials, spray guns, and tools with careMaintain workshop hygiene and quality standards at all timesRequirementsProven experience as an automotive painterStrong knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, color matching, and spray painting techniquesExperience working on European, German, and luxury vehicles is highly preferredGood understanding of repainting, blending, refinishing, and paint defect correctionStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishingGood teamwork and communication skillsMinimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferredBe part of a fast-growing, tech-enabled automotive teamWork on premium European, German, and luxury vehiclesOpportunities for training and internal growthSupportive and professional workshop cultureIf you are passionate about paint quality, precision, and delivering a premium finish, we would love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
