Your ability to ensure consistent output, maintain machine efficiency, and adhere to quality standards will contribute significantly to our client's success.Key Responsibilities:Accurately mount screens in the specified sequence on the automatic screen-printing machine.Prepare and load printing paste into the machine's automatic feed pan.Configure machine settings, including speed, swing, and pressure, to optimize print quality for various textile types and designs.Initiate machine operation and conveyor belt to process textile articles.Conduct regular inspections of printed articles to identify and address any color misalignment or defects.Make necessary adjustments to screen positioning to ensure accurate color placement within the design.Remove foreign matter from screens to prevent irregularities in printing paste flow.Address any screen leaks by applying tape to the coated portion.Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain machine efficiency and longevity.Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Qualifications:Proven experience in operating automatic screen-printing machines.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
