OverviewJob Title: AutoCAD Draughtsman (Joinery & FitOut)  Location: Dubai UAE  Employment Type: FullTimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman with experience in joinery and fitout projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, technical shop drawings and as-built drawings for various interior and fitout projects. The role requires close coordination with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure precision of designs.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for joinery and interior fitout works including furniture, fixtures and custom woodwork.Develop shop drawings, layouts and as-built drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.Ensure drawings comply with client specifications, industry standards and Dubai regulations.Coordinate with project managers, architects and site engineers to incorporate changes and modifications.Assist in material selection and detailing ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.Conduct site visits and inspections to verify dimensions and support project delivery.Maintain organized records of drawings revisions and approvals.Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy in fabrication and installation.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in joinery and fitout projects in Dubai or the UAE.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design software.Strong understanding of woodworking joinery detailing and material specifications.Knowledge of UAE building codes, fitout regulations and industry standards.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with high-end interior fitouts and custom joinery projects.Familiarity with 2D software is a plus.Knowledge of MEP coordination in fitout projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
