Auto Mechanic – Sharjah, UAEOverviewWe are looking for an experienced Auto Mechanic to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with automotive repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems on all makes and models of cars and light trucks.Job DutiesDiagnose mechanical issues by using electronic testing systems, as well as other diagnostic tools.Repair vehicle components including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, exhaust systems etc.Perform regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, tire rotations etc.Provide estimates for repair costs and timeframes to customers.Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance services performed on customer vehicles.Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology to ensure quality service is provided.Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials and chemicals such as motor oil or brake fluid.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in automotive technology preferred.ASE Certification preferred but not required.Proven experience as an auto mechanic; at least 5 years in the field required.SkillsKnowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehiclesAbility to read technical diagrams and manualsExcellent problem-solving skillsGreat attention to detailGood communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
