They should have good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Some experience in this field is beneficial, but we are also willing to consider candidates with no previous experience.ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicles for faultsDiagnose and repair mechanical problemsPerform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, transmission filters, etc.Replace worn partsRefer more complex repairs to qualified professionalsAdvise customers on the best course of action depending on their budgetKeep records of repairs madeMaintain tools and equipment in good conditionRequirementsThe successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, be punctual and reliable, be able to work under pressure, and possess a valid driver’s license.
