Authority Liaison Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Authority Liaison Engineer with 6 years of experience to manage and coordinate authority approvals, permits, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for construction or engineering projects. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between the project team and government authorities, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with all local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end authority submissions, including NOCs, permits, and completion certificates.Coordinate with government authorities to obtain project approvals and permits from entities such as Nakheel, Trakhees, DDA, DM, RTA, DEWA, DCD, and telecom providers (du and Etisalat), as well as other relevant authorities.Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure a complete and clash-free submission package.Liaise directly with authorities and clients to facilitate and expedite approval processes.Prepare, review, and submit technical documents, drawings, and applications for authority approvals.Track submission status and follow up with authorities to ensure timely approvals.Ensure all project documents comply with local regulations and authority requirements.Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and related correspondence.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline with 6+ years of architectural consultancy experience in Dubai.Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, submission procedures, and approval processes.Strong ability to prepare and review architectural drawings and submission packages.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.SOE Membership and Dubai Municipality registration are strongly preferred.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Candidates must currently be based in Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
