The ideal candidate thrives in cutting-edge environments and has experience delivering unforgettable, high-impact AV experiences.</p><p><b>Your Role</b></p><ul><li>Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of complex AV systems, including LED displays, projection domes, and immersive media environments.</li><li>Collaborate with media architects, lighting designers, and content teams to create synchronized audio-visual experiences.</li><li>Program and operate media servers, control systems, and networked AV devices.</li><li>Troubleshoot real-time AV issues during testing and live events.</li><li>Ensure AV systems are scalable, maintainable, and meet safety and technical standards.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contractors.</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in large-scale AV, immersive, or projection-based installations.</li><li>Proficiency with media servers (e.g., Notch, Watchout, Disguise) and AV control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, AMX).</li><li>Experience with projection mapping, LED dome systems, and spatial audio setups.</li><li>Strong understanding of networked AV systems, signal routing, and video/audio troubleshooting.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><b>Top Skills</b></p><ul><li>Experience with large-scale venues or entertainment installations (e.g., arenas, theaters, concert venues).</li><li>Knowledge of interactive or real-time content systems.</li><li>Familiarity with 3D visualization and content pipelines for immersive environments.</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>The chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.</li></ul><p><b>Ready to elevate your career?
