This collaboration aims to accelerate the development of advanced ATFM features within the TopSky - Flow Manager suite and to deploy this new generation of ATFM services in this rapidly growing air traffic regionJOB OBJECTIVEYou will directly report to the onshore Engineering Manager for the assigned project within the UAE.You will contribute to the solution definition in close collaboration with TopSky Flow Managers Solution Owner the Solution Architect as well as the POs of the other squads (France and Portugal) and the stakeholdersContribute to define the features roadmapGather users and stakeholders needs and feedbacksYou have practical understanding be force of proposal be open to change continuously improving the solution and the performance of the team and like to work in an agile environment.As a key actor of the solution the PO works with the Safety Cyber architecture and engineering managers in the organization.You will contribute to shaping the future of safer more efficient air travel through cutting-edge technological innovations.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe PO/Operation Manager works with a squad a development team that builds and runs the product/components using SCRUM methodology.As Product Owner you main missions will beEnsure the understand of business and solution needs collaborate with Dev teamConduct product demos in front of stakeholdersMake the right decisions in a time constrained environmentArbitrate between different options at the pace of the frameworkEnsure the strong commitment on outcomes to maximise the value for business and solutionsAs operation manager your main missions will beEnsure performance of the day-to-day operations of the Lab for the smooth and efficient operation of the ATFM Project. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management administration and operation of the ATM Innovation Lab and for implementing decisions of the Steering Committee.Ensure the monitoring indicators and reporting for consolidation at Project level.Manage the day-to-day operational functions of the organization to ensure efficiency quality service and cost-effective management of resourcesWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMasters degree from an Engineering school with6 years of Team responsible including Project Engineering5 years of Experience on Software Product OwnershipProven experience of Cloud solution developmentProven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership roleStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong understanding of operational procedures budgeting and performance managementStrong ATM (Air Traffic Management) background with experience inAir Traffic Management systemsFlight data management and processingStrong experience of managing a SW development itemsUnderstanding of SAAS modelUnderstanding of cloud native architecture and DevOps implications (deployment without breaking changes. run cyber security costs etc)You can demonstrate knowledge in Full Stack or pure back/pure front programming languages and frameworks (Java/Spring Boot and React/Typescript)QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSEngineering/Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science Electronics or related fields.Must ha
