Job DescriptionPosition: Assistant Store ManagerDepartment: Store / WarehouseTo: Store Manager / Operations Head Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAERole PurposeTo assist the Store Manager in managing day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring effective manpower planning and shift control, and smooth inward and outward scheduling to support uninterrupted production and dispatch activities.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring to handle all store areas of daily business operations, production, human resources, and related departments.Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations.Managing employee schedules, attendance, motivating, and disciplining staff.Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.Overall supervision of stores' related activities.Develop and maintain product displays and visual presentation.Coordination with subordinates to maintain documentation and keep accurate records.Ensuring a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing store environment.Monitoring daily stock reconciliation and preparing the reports.Prepare purchase requisitions for stock replenishment according to the plan.Identifying and disposing of obsolete stock.Participating in stock‑taking activities.Maintain proper housekeeping and stacking of materials in store areas.Planning and coordinating activities that ensure stock is controlled in a secure and usable manner.Ensuring that all materials are correctly handled and received, including receiving, recording, locating, and issuing as per the standard operating procedure of the department.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in warehouse management and inventory control.In liaison with line departments, prepare a plan and forecast stock inventory.Any other duties assigned by the HOD.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree / Diploma (preferred)5–8 years’ experience in store / warehouse operationsManufacturing / lubricants / chemical industry experience preferredSkills RequiredStrong operational coordination skillsManpower handling and leadershipSAP and documentation knowledgeGood communication and problem‑solving abilitiesBenefitsMonthly Salary + Bachelor Accommodation & Transportation , Company Visa & Medical InsuranceKitchen FacilityReturn Air Ticket: Once every 2 yearsAnnual Leave: 30 days paid leave per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
