Job Description **Role Overview:** As the Assistant Infrastructure Service Manager at Unilever, your main responsibility will be to ensure resilience and business continuity of the infrastructure landscape. You will play a critical role in maintaining system performance as per business standards, patching/upgrading systems, and aligning with key stakeholders. Your role will involve meticulous planning, coordination with various teams, and ensuring all changes are executed and released on time. **Key Responsibilities:** - **KEC:** - Support the Infra Services Manager in keeping systems up to date with the latest versions based on the baseline provided by the engineering team. - Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders for planning and scheduling changes. - Work closely with the ITM team to ensure changes are planned, scheduled, and approved in advance. - **Cloud Finance Management:** - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization. - Provide cost analysis to budget holders and assist with annual budget setting. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance. - Collaborate with team members to implement operational improvements for financial efficiency. - **Technical Know-How:** - Stay updated with cloud infrastructure knowledge and upgrade skills regularly to adapt to changing technologies. - **Vendor Management:** - Engage with vendor teams for day-to-day operations and drive multiple initiatives. - Focus on incident management, change management, and priority incident resolution. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Interact with resources in multiple geographies and regions to manage business expectations. - Align with service delivery managers of various regions and systems to ensure effective communication and management. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experiences & Qualifications:** - 5 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure management. - **Skills:** - Cloud exposure and certification. - Experience in a 24x7 support environment and stakeholder management. - Basic appreciation of external industry and third parties in Unilever. **Additional Details:** Unilever is a purpose-led business that promotes innovation and believes in business as a force for good.
