Phoenix Global search are delighted to be retained by a global leader in the Health IT solutions space to identify an exceptional Associate Vice President of Healthcare Sales across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC).This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic revenue growth in a dynamic, international environment, leading high-performing teams through complex enterprise sales cycles.As AVP, Healthcare Sales, you will provide visionary leadership to accelerate sustainable revenue expansion in the Health IT sector. Reporting to executive leadership, you will spearhead the execution of a global healthcare strategy tailored to regional nuances, focusing on enterprise-scale solutions such as clinical imaging and content services. This position demands a blend of strategic foresight, operational rigor, and expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder deals, while fostering a culture of excellence across diverse markets.Proven experience in Health IT solutions / HealthTech / MedTech space in a Sales Leadership role (Director to AVP /VP level)International sales leadership experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC markets, with an understanding of regional healthcare systems and procurement modelsExperience managing managers and geographically distributed teams across EMEA / APACBackground in clinical imaging (PACS, VNA) and/or Enterprise Content Services / ECM strongly preferredTrack record of success in selling complex Health IT solutions, including multi-year transformations.Strong experience applying MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies in complex buying environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
