Associate Vice President - Data & Analytics Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Drive the use of advanced analytics to develop business solutions that enhance our understanding of the business, including customers, processes, channels, and products - Work closely with business stakeholders to define detailed, complex, and ambiguous business problems or opportunities that can be supported through advanced analytics - Lead and coach colleagues in planning and delivering strategic project and scrum outcomes - Plan and deliver data and analytics resources, expertise, and solutions that bring commercial and customer value to business challenges - Communicate data and analytics opportunities in a way that business stakeholders can understand and engage with - Adopt and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies for advanced analytics - Develop strong stakeholder relationships to align advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering work with our business needs Qualifications Required: - At least eight years of experience in data and analytics with knowledge of data architecture, key tooling, and relevant coding languages - Ability to simplify data into clear visualizations and compelling insights using appropriate systems and tooling - Strong knowledge of SQL and data management practices and principles - Experience in translating data and insights for key stakeholders - Good understanding of data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines - Experience in translating Business requirements to Technical requirements and creating business rules for source to target mappings - Coaching and leadership experience with the ability to support and motivate colleagues No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.
