Associate/Senior Associate - Real Estate Investments

Their real estate investment team focuses on high-quality opportunities across sectors, including logistics, commercial, and mixed-use developments.As an Associate / Senior Associate within the Real Estate Investments team, you will:Source, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the GCC.Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.Support deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with senior leadership.Monitor portfolio performance and assist in strategic asset management initiatives.To be considered for this role, you should have:3-7 years of experience in real estate investments within the GCC region.Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuations.Proven track record of deal execution and transaction management.Experience in the logistics sector is highly advantageous.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
