About the RoleOur client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate / Senior Associate to join the team supporting a visionary government digital entity. This role is perfect for a consultant with 4-6 years of experience who thrives on solving complex problems and executing strategic projects. You will be instrumental in supporting strategy formulation, conducting deep-dive analyses, and ensuring the smooth execution of transformative digital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis & Support : Support the strategic planning cycle by conducting rigorous analysis, performing strategic deep dives, and employing structured problem-solving techniques to address key business challenges.Transformation Execution : Assist in transformation planning and provide vital project management support. This includes tracking project milestones, supporting value realization efforts, and helping to prepare executive updates.Digital Project Involvement : Act as a key team member on digital and technology-related projects, contributing analytical insights and supporting project delivery.Collaborative Execution : Work effectively within a fast-paced, agile team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.Qualifications and Experience4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within a leading consulting firm.Strong foundation in strategic analysis, business modeling, and structured problem-solving.Experience in supporting transformation projects, with a good understanding of project management principles and tools.Exposure to digital, technology, or IT-related projects is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.A self-starter who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented culture.Emirati nationals are strongly encouraged to apply, in alignment with national strategic priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
