In this role, you will work closely with experienced sales engineers and account executives to support the sales process and help customers understand the value of Infoblox solutions. You will also learn all aspects of the sales process and participate in Infoblox global technical training programs.Be a Contributor — What You’ll DoAssist in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customersSupport the development of proof‑of‑concepts/values (POC/Vs) of Infoblox solutionsCollaborate with pre‑sales solutions architects to gather customer requirements and map them to Infoblox’s offeringsLeverage defined pre‑sales tools in customer engagements and supporting pre‑sales solutions architectsHelp respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation requestsLearn and maintain a solid understanding of our DDI, DNS security, and cloud networking solutionsParticipate in discovery calls and meetings to understand customer environments and challengesContribute to the creation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and sales collateralEnable partner technical sales teams on Infoblox solutions and positioning to customersBe Prepared — What You BringBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role for a technology organizationInterest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiencesEagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environmentBasic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressingFluency in English and ArabicIdeally some familiarity with Infoblox products or similar technologies or experience with networking labs, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, or scripting such as Python or BashBe Successful — Your PathFirst 90 DaysImmerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work.Six MonthsHave a foundational knowledge of our product/solution portfolioDemonstrate fluency with either on‑prem or SaaS‑based Infoblox solutionsIdentify 1–2 specialisation areasCapable of handling primary SE customer‑facing tasks with help from othersOne YearDemonstrate fluency with all Infoblox solutionsCapable of handling advanced SE customer‑facing tasks with only occasional help from othersGo‑to person for specialisation area for the assigned regionBelong — Your CommunityOur culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward.
