Associate Sales Director - Off Plan

This role is responsible for driving revenue across our Off Plan portfolio while building and managing a high-performing team of consultants. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will design and execute the off‑plan sales strategy, develop talent, and establish systems that support sustainable, scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOff Plan Sales Strategy & RevenueLead the overall off‑plan sales strategy in alignment with company growth objectivesBuild and manage strong relationships with key developers and project partnersDrive revenue through strategic deal structuring, pricing strategies, and pipeline managementAnalyse performance metrics and continuously optimise conversion and sales velocityRecruit, onboard, and develop a high‑performing off‑plan sales teamCoach consultants on deal structuring, negotiation, and developer relationsImplement KPIs, performance frameworks, and commission structuresBuild a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performanceOperational & Cross‑Functional LeadershipWork closely with Marketing to align campaigns with off‑plan project launchesCollaborate with Training & Development to ensure consultants are market‑readyMaintain compliance with RERA, developer requirements, and brokerage standardsSupport forecasting, budgeting, and growth planning for the off‑plan divisionRequirementsMinimum 5+ years’ experience in Dubai off‑plan real estate salesProven track record of leading high‑performing off‑plan teamsStrong developer network and market knowledgeDemonstrated ability to scale teams and build sales structuresStrategic, commercially minded, and highly organisedStrong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skillsWhat We OfferSenior leadership role in a rapidly scaling brokerageHighly competitive package with uncapped earning potentialSignificant autonomy to build and shape the Off Plan divisionClear progression into Sales Director level as the company growsSupportive leadership team and ambitious company culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
