<div><h3>Associate Quality&EHS Specialist - CBS Saudi</h3><p>Ability to speak and write in English would be needed to succeed in this role. After production establishment, you will become an integral part of the plant driving Plant Quality and EHS functional activities supporting the Plant Manager and Autonomous Production Unit (APU). The role is highly collaborative, working closely with stakeholders from various divisions and countries.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure adherence to plant safety procedures/policies and implement the safety culture.</li><li>Set up the Quality and EHS roadmap in collaboration with IMEA Ops EHS and Quality leader.</li><li>Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality, Environment, Health&Safety Management System in accordance with ISO9001/14001/ISO45001 and Grundfos group Standards – GDS.</li><li>Drive and implement the Grundfos Production System – GPS.</li><li>Perform internal audits (9001/14001/45001) at regular intervals and ensure compliance to policies/procedures/standards.</li><li>Perform periodical Gemba walks, identify improvement opportunities in Quality&EHS and be a driver for continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.</li><li>Responsible for all process, product, and customer quality related matters at the plant.</li><li>Record systematically and analyze problem solving with various quality tools.</li><li>Constantly drive towards a “Total Quality culture.”</li><li>Provide appropriate trainings and report on the EHS/Quality performance.</li><li>Identify and implement improvement proposals and Kaizen.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed institution.</li><li>Saudi National, fluent in English both speaking and writing.</li><li>Skills to manage projects and liaise with government authorities and establishments.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of work experience in EHS / Quality function with skills in EHS cultural enhancement and key quality deployment tools.</li><li>Safety leadership and working knowledge of risk assessment / aspect impact analysis.</li><li>Analytical and problem‑solving skills using QC tools.</li><li>Ability to work in a matrix organization, collaborate, and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Understanding of Lean principles with demonstrated application on the shop floor.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in deploying continuous improvements.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>We’ll support continuous learning and development opportunities to help discuss and steer your long‑term Grundfos career path.
