<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>About SiFi:</b>SiFi is a corporate expense management platform designed to empower accounting teams with seamless control over corporate spending. Our platform allows companies to issue cards with specific spending restrictions, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and only for approved expenses.</p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>We’re hiring an<b>Associate Product Manager (APM)</b>to join our<b>Payments Squad</b>, focused on building and improving<b>money movement experiences</b>.</p><p>This includes Card, Invoice payments, Financing, Bill payments, Payroll that power how money flows through SiFi.</p><p>This is a<b>entry-level product role</b>designed for someone early in their career. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers and engineers to learn how payments systems work and how to ship reliable, high-impact features.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct customer interviews to identify new opportunities</li><li>Work directly with customer facing team to identify gaps and improvements.</li><li>Analyze transaction data and identify patterns (failures, delays, user friction)</li><li>Gather insights from support tickets, customer calls, and internal teams</li><li>Help define key problems in payment flows (e.g., failed transfers, approval delays)</li></ul><h3>Learn&Work on Payments</h3><ul><li>Develop an understanding of payment systems (bank transfers, internal transfers, approvals)</li><li>Assist in investigating failed or delayed transactions</li><li>Work on improving payment success rates and user trust</li><li>Own full ownership of certain features</li></ul><h3>Work Closely with Customers&Support</h3><ul><li>Review support tickets related to payments and identify recurring issues</li><li>Join customer calls to understand how businesses pay in Saudi</li><li>Help document common issues and create internal/external guides</li></ul><h3>Collaborate Across Teams</h3><ul><li>Work closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and compliance teams</li><li>Communicate clearly on issues, updates, and learnings</li><li>Stay organized and follow through on assigned tasks</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Must-Haves</h3><ul><li>1–2 years of experience (product, engineering, consulting, or relevant internships)</li><li>Interest in fin-tech, payments, or financial systems</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to ask clear questions</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle operational complexity</li><li>Experience in startups or fast-paced environments</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing fin-tech startup in the MENA region</li><li>Work on critical financial infrastructure used daily by businesses</li><li>Learn how real-world payment systems operate at scale</li><li>Gain exposure to product, engineering, and financial operations</li><li>Grow quickly into a full Product Manager role</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
