Job DescriptionAbout SiFi: SiFi is a corporate expense management platform designed to empower accounting teams with seamless control over corporate spending. Our platform allows companies to issue cards with specific spending restrictions, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and only for approved expenses.About the Role:We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Payments Squad, focused on building and improving money movement experiences.This includes Card, Invoice payments, Financing, Bill payments, Payroll that power how money flows through SiFi.This is a entry-level product role designed for someone early in their career. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers and engineers to learn how payments systems work and how to ship reliable, high-impact features.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct customer interviews to identify new opportunitiesWork directly with customer facing team to identify gaps and improvements.Analyze transaction data and identify patterns (failures, delays, user friction)Gather insights from support tickets, customer calls, and internal teamsHelp define key problems in payment flows (e.g., failed transfers, approval delays)Learn & Work on PaymentsDevelop an understanding of payment systems (bank transfers, internal transfers, approvals)Assist in investigating failed or delayed transactionsWork on improving payment success rates and user trustOwn full ownership of certain featuresWork Closely with Customers & SupportReview support tickets related to payments and identify recurring issuesJoin customer calls to understand how businesses pay in SaudiHelp document common issues and create internal/external guidesCollaborate Across TeamsWork closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and compliance teamsCommunicate clearly on issues, updates, and learningsStay organized and follow through on assigned tasksRequirementsMust-Haves1–2 years of experience (product, engineering, consulting, or relevant internships)Interest in fin-tech, payments, or financial systemsStrong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learnGood communication skills and ability to ask clear questionsAttention to detail and ability to handle operational complexityExperience in startups or fast-paced environmentsBenefitsBe part of a fast-growing fin-tech startup in the MENA regionWork on critical financial infrastructure used daily by businessesLearn how real-world payment systems operate at scaleGain exposure to product, engineering, and financial operationsGrow quickly into a full Product Manager role#J-18808-Ljbffr
