Associate Product Manager- Payments

OverviewAbout SiFi: SiFi is a corporate expense management platform designed to empower accounting teams with seamless control over corporate spending. Our platform allows companies to issue cards with specific spending restrictions, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and only for approved expenses.About The RoleAs a Product Owner, you will be an entry-level individual contributor responsible for executing assigned tasks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and ensure successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-launch reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, marketing, sales, customer support) to understand their needs and gather feedback.Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product backlog items with sufficient detail for development.Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Assist in the development and enhancement of product features and help solve related challenges.Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.Support the product management team in day-to-day activities.Prioritize effectively and manage a complex backlog.Make timely decisions and trade-offs to ensure the delivery of valuable product increments.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in product management, ownership, or relevant experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Passion for product management and technology.Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
