At its core, SiFi exists to simplify finance operations so businesses can focus on growth instead of manual processes.About The RoleWe’re hiring an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Integrations Squad, focused on building and improving accounting integrations. This is a junior, entry-level product role designed for someone early in their career. You’ll work closely with experienced product managers and engineers to learn how to build integrations and ship impactful features. You won’t be expected to have all the answers, but you will be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of small problems, and grow into larger responsibilities over time.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport product discovery by gathering insights from customer conversations, support tickets, and internal feedbackRegularly engage with customers (finance teams, accountants, and operators) to understand their workflows and pain pointsAssist in creating clear, user-friendly documentation, including help articles and integration guidesHelp plan and run training sessions and demos for internal teams (support, sales) and customersWork closely with senior product managers to execute on defined priorities and featuresYour focus will be on learning the domain, understanding users deeply, and delivering high-quality execution.
