Associate Product Designer (Tamheer)

We are looking for an Associate Product Designer to join one of our product squads and support the design of intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences.You will work in a cross-functional product environment, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers on a modern SaaS platform serving a large and diverse user base. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with direct exposure to real product problems, design workflows, and delivery cycles.This role is designed for early-career talent who demonstrate strong design fundamentals, learning ability, ownership, and the potential to grow into a Product Designer role over time.The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.Responsibilities:Support product discovery by contributing to user understanding, problem framing, and early design explorationTranslate product requirements into design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and UI components using tools such as FigmaCollaborate with Product Managers to align on problem scope, constraints, and design intentWork closely with engineering to ensure designs are clear, feasible, and implementation-readyParticipate in design reviews, usability feedback sessions, and iteration cyclesSupport testing, release readiness, and post-launch design refinementsMaintain clear design documentation and collaborate through tools such as Jira or similar product workflow systems0–2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, or a related fieldHands‑on experience creating designs using tools such as Figma (or equivalent)Ability to execute design tasks end-to‑end with clear ownership and attention to detailDemonstrated learning ability when working on unfamiliar problems, tools, or domainsStrong foundational understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction designStructured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear design solutionsClear communication skills and comfort explaining design decisions and tradeoffsAbility to work effectively within cross‑functional product teamsReliability, accountability, and a strong bias toward action#J-18808-Ljbffr
