The firm takes a long-term, institutional approach to capital deployment, investing across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries, public markets, and fund commitments. The firm is now seeking an Associate to join its private markets team as it continues to scale.What The Job InvolvesSupport in the evaluation, execution and monitoring of global private markets investments, including co-investments, fund commitments and secondariesConduct financial modelling, including LBOs and investment analysis for new opportunitiesPrepare investment memos, presentations and materials for the internal investment committeeAssist in due diligence across commercial, financial and operational workstreamsContribute to the development and refinement of internal processes, templates and investment frameworksWork closely with senior team members to monitor portfolio performance and provide analytical insightsEngage in a broad mix of asset classes, including real estate and private equity, as part of a diversified global mandateOperate within a small, entrepreneurial team environment with significant responsibility and exposureWho We Are Looking ForExperience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a similarly technical roleStrong technical skills with the ability to independently build and explain LBOs and analyse investment opportunitiesExperience from a top-tier institution is preferred, with strong grounding in financial modelling and deal evaluationConfident communicator with the ability to present clearly and articulate investment rationaleProactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentWilling to be based full-time in Dubai and work in a fully in-office settingJob DetailsRole Level: AssociateWork Type: Full-TimeCountry: United Arab EmiratesCity: DubaiCompany Website: https://www.PER-people.comJob Function: FinanceSector: Venture Capital & Private Equity#J-18808-Ljbffr
