About our client Our client is an alternative investment fund with a global remit and a strong track record. The team invests in traditional private equity and private credit, as well as private credit fund managers and public equities. The fund has a global mandate and is sector agnostic. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in Abu Dhabi. What the job involves Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across sectors including due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation and creation of all investment committee materials Support the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actions Who we are looking for Experience in private equity or investment banking Degree from a prestigious university Strong analytical and financial modelling skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills Fluency in Arabic is advantageous, but not required Ability to be based in Abu Dhabi full-time #LI-OM1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
